By accessing Shree Shyam Jewellers (the “website”), submitting an enquiry, booking an appointment, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

This website is a catalogue and enquiry platform. It does not process online payments and has no checkout. Adding to wishlist, requesting price & availability, or “reserving” a piece is an expression of interest only and does not create a binding contract of sale. A sale is concluded only when expressly confirmed by us in writing (including over WhatsApp or email) and the applicable amount is paid at our showroom or through an agreed channel.

We take care to describe our pieces accurately, but all images, weights, dimensions, stone details and prices shown are indicative. Colours may vary depending on your screen. Gold, diamond and gemstone prices fluctuate with daily market rates, purity, making charges, stone quality and applicable taxes; the final price is confirmed at the time of order or billing, not by any figure displayed on the website. Handcrafted weights may vary within customary tolerances.

For bespoke commissions: (a) work begins only after you approve the design and quotation; (b) a booking advance is payable and, because materials and skilled labour are committed specifically to you, this advance is non-refundable except where we are unable to deliver; (c) quoted timelines are good-faith estimates and may vary; (d) minor variations inherent to handcrafted jewellery are not defects; (e) if you supply a reference design or materials, you warrant you are entitled to do so and that they do not infringe any third party’s rights, and you indemnify us against any claim arising from them.

Orders from showrooms, retailers and trade partners are subject to a separate written agreement covering minimum order quantities, pricing, advances, lead times, packaging and credit terms. Our gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked as stated, and diamonds are accompanied by certification where indicated. Hallmark grade, stone certification and purity will be specified on your invoice, which prevails over website text.

Exchange, buy-back and return entitlements are governed by the policy communicated to you at the time of purchase and printed on your invoice. As a general rule, custom-made, engraved, resized or altered pieces cannot be returned or exchanged except for a genuine manufacturing defect. Applicable deductions (such as making charges, stone value or wastage) may apply to exchanges and buy-backs.

You may cancel a confirmed order before production begins, subject to forfeiture of any non-refundable advance described in Section 4. Once a bespoke piece is in production, it cannot be cancelled.

All content on this website — designs, photographs, text, logos, the “Shree Shyam Jewellers” name and our jewellery designs — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, manufacture, resell or otherwise exploit any of it without our prior written permission.

When you upload reference images or submit information, you confirm it is lawful and does not infringe anyone’s rights, and you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to respond to and fulfil your request. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false or fraudulent enquiries.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shree Shyam Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or reliance on indicative information. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we strive for accuracy and uptime, we do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that information shown is complete or current at all times.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply shortages, fluctuations in bullion supply, strikes, fire, natural events, government action or internet/service outages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing which, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. The parties may, by mutual agreement, refer disputes to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Jaipur.
